Entities

Entities are used to extract key information from an utterance, which can be then used later within the conversation via variables. 

What you can do:

• Create template entities to get going quickly with predefined values. You can't edit the values in a template entity.
• Create custom entities to create your own set of values.
• Add values to your custom entities.
• Add synonyms to the values of your custom entity, if your users may use different words to mean the same thing.
• Duplicate an entity.
• Delete an entity value.
• Delete an entity.
• Retrieve the value of detected entites via scripts.
