Entities are used to extract key information from an utterance, which can be then used later within the conversation via variables.
What you can do:
- Create template entities to get going quickly with predefined values. You can't edit the values in a template entity.
- Create custom entities to create your own set of values.
- Add values to your custom entities.
- Add synonyms to the values of your custom entity, if your users may use different words to mean the same thing.
- Duplicate an entity.
- Assign an entity to a group.
- Delete an entity value.
- Delete an entity.
- Retrieve the value of detected entities via scripts.
