Use the NLP settings to define how your chatbot uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) to match NLP questions.
When you enable or disable chatbot's NLP settings, the change is not applied until a chatbot version is published. Changes to languages or confidence level are applied upon save, and are not dependant on a chatbot version being published.
To open the NLP settings:
- Select your team, and the chatbot you want to edit.
- Open the Manage section of the left navigation and click Settings.
- Click NLP.
Languages
Select the languages your chatbot should use to interpret questions.
Confidence Level
Select how confident your chatbot needs to be that it has correctly interpreted a question. Requiring a higher confidence level means your chatbot will fallback to CatchAll responses more often.
