Change your default entry point

Change your default entry point to change which passage is sent to users the first time they interact with your chatbot. To change your default entry point:

  1. Open the team and chatbot you want to edit.
  2. Click Manage.
  3. Click Entry Points.
  4. Click Default Entry.
  5. If you want to perform actions when this entry point is triggered, click Actions.
  6. Select the Conversation and Passage to send your user.
    A preview of the passage is displayed. You can also open the passage in a new tab.
  7. Click Save.
