Sunshine Conversations

Integrate with Sunshine Conversations so your chatbot users can chat with your inGenious AI chatbot alongside your other connected channels. 

To integrate your chatbot with Sunshine Conversations:

1. Create an app in Sunshine Conversations, if you don't already have one.
2. Connect to Sunshine Conversations, either by:
   • Connecting manually: Connect your inGenious AI chatbot to your Sunshine Conversations App.
   • Connecting via Zendesk.

You need an administrator role on your team to add integrations.

Once you have integrated your chatbot with your Sunshine Conversations app, you can:

• Connect channels from Sunshine Conversations, such as the Smooch Web Messenger.
• Configure the default theme settings for the chat widget.
• Configure when the chat widget automatically opens on your desktop and mobile sites.
• Automatically add tags from your conversations to your Zendesk tickets or create tags manually.
• Configure live agent handover via Zendesk Agent Workspace
• Disconnect Sunshine Conversations.

Create an app in Sunshine Conversations

If you do not already have a Sunshine Conversations app you want to connect to, you'll need to create one.

In your Sunshine Conversations dashboard:

1. Create an app in Sunshine Conversations.
   Name your app something you will remember.
2. Click Create App.
3. Connect the messaging channels you want to use to your Sunshine Conversations app.
