When you remove Sunshine Conversations from your chatbot, you must first remove the page from the connection.
You need an administrator role on your team to remove an integration.
This is not a versioned change
The channel is removed immediately from your chatbot. Make sure your chatbot users are not using this channel.
- Click Manage > More in the left navigation, then click Integrations.
- Click the Sunshine Conversations integration.
- Click Disconnect.
- Click the options menu next to the Sunshine Conversations integration.
- Click Remove.
If you have configured a live agent handover with Zendesk, you should also disconnect the Zendesk Agent Workspace.
