Mark an in-progress review

Mark chatbot interactions to indicate whether the chatbot responded to the chatbot user with the correct passage or logic, and whether new chatbot content is needed for this interaction.

Chatbot interactions are grouped by the passage or logic that the chatbot responded with, so that you can easily mark similar interactions together. The grouped interactions are listed by conversation. For each interaction, you can:

  • See the interaction in context with the rest of the conversation.
  • Add labels to assign the interaction to a team member or give it a priority.
  • Add remarks to explain why you marked an interaction a particular way.

To mark an in-progress review:

  1. Click Improve in the left-navigation, then click Reviews.
    To mark a targeted review, click Improve > More in the left-navigation, then click Targeted Reviews.
  2. Click the review you want to mark.
    Reviews that have been finalised can't be marked or edited.
  3. Click the conversation you want to mark responses in.
    The next set of logic and passages to mark is shown. 
    You can filter the logic and passages shown by label using the filter at the top.
    You can also edit previously-marked logic and passages.
  4. Mark the interactions in two stages:
    1. Mark regular passages and logic.
    2. Mark fallbacks.

When you have finished marking all the chatbot interactions, finalise the review.
