You can see the chat history of a chatbot user's utterance to better understand the context. The chat transcript panel shows the messages sent by the chatbot user and the replies sent from the chatbot.
In the marking screen:
- Click the eye button under the chatbot user utterance you want to view.
- To move to the next or previous passage, click the up and down arrows.
- To close the interaction view, click the left arrow.
