You can apply labels to each interaction or conversation you're marking to categorise it. For example, you may want to apply a label to assign passages or conversations to be marked by certain members of your team or to assign a priority. You can use the labels drop-down at the top of each page to filter interactions or conversations by label.
Labels only apply within a review. Labels in one review don't impact or apply to interactions or conversations any other reviews, and the labels don't appear in the passage edit screen.
You can manage your labels in the Labels settings page.
Apply a label a conversation or interaction
In the review screen:
- Click the label icon next to the conversation or interaction you want to add a label to.
- Select the label you want to apply.
