Use this response if you expect the chatbot user to send data to your chatbot such as text, or an image or file. You can configure which passage the chatbot should start after the chatbot user has sent the information.
The chatbot can also perform actions once the chatbot user has sent the information, such as saving their response as a value to a variable, running a script, or sending a custom analytics event.
