You can configure actions on entry points, conversations, passages and logic, and button-like message types such as Quick Replies and buttons, including the buttons on media and carousel cards. You can add as many actions as you need. Actions will execute in the order they are listed.
You'll need to publish your changes to see the actions in your live chatbot.
To configure an action:
- Open the menu where you want to add an action:
- Click Manage in the left navigation, then click Entry Points and click the entry point you want to add an action to.

Click Create in the left navigation, then click Conversations and:
- Click the menu next to the conversation you want to add an action to.
- Click the passage or logic you want to add an action to, then click the menu at the top.
- Click the passage with the button or Quick Reply you want to add an action to, then click the button or Quick Reply.
- Click the logic with the condition tab or Else section you want to add an action to, then either click the tab or scroll down to the Else section.

- Click Actions.
- Click + Action to add an action.
- Configure your action.
- Click Save.
