Create a passage or logic

Passages are created automatically when you configure a button, question or Quick Reply to open a passage you haven't created yet. You can also create both passages and logic manually in your conversation flow.

To create a new passage or logic in your conversation:

1. Open the conversation canvas
2. To create a passage, click the passage icon in the top toolbar.
3. To create logic, click the logic icon in the top toolbar.
   The new passage or logic is added to your flow.
4. Click the passage or logic to open the edit screen and create the content.
