You can nest one conversations inside another to provide additional levels of context for question matching. Conversations can contain up to three levels of children.
Child conversations are only relevant to questions, and to and some conversation settings like Intellimem and fallbacks. It has no other impact on your chatbot content:
- If a child conversation does not have its own matching question, conversation fallbacks, or Intellimem configuration, the chatbot will use the questions, conversation fallbacks or Intellimem configurations of the parent conversation.
- If the parent conversation has actions, resumability, or is locked-in, those settings only apply to the parent conversation and don't affect child conversations.
