Query transcript prompt

These prompts are intended to help your chatbot content creators explore and analyse chatbot transcripts by asking questions naturally. The generated content will not be visible to your chatbot users.

You need an administrator or publisher role in your team to change a task prompt.

The task contains four prompts:

• Base provides instructions to answer the chatbot content creator's question in the insight report. 
  Prompt variables ${question} and ${chatHistory}.
• Files provides instructions to use any files uploaded during the analysis for context if they are relevant to the chatbot content creator's question.
  Prompt variable ${files}.
• Transcripts provides instructions on how to interpret the formatting of the chat transcripts and use them as references for answering the chatbot content creator's question.
  Prompt variable ${transcripts}.
• Knowledge Base provides instructions to include articles from an attached knowledge base as additional context for answering the chatbot content creator's question. This prompt is not yet in use.
  Prompt variable ${articles}.

Changes to these prompts are applied immediately and do not appear in versions.

Prompt variables and requirements

The default prompt provides specific instructions on the formatting of the provided transcripts, files, and knowledge base. These instructions are required to ensure the provided files, transcripts, and knowledge base are processed correctly. You should not change these instructions or their prompt variables.

• ${question}: the chatbot content creator's question in insight reports.
• ${chatHistory}: the conversation with the chatbot content creator.
• ${files}: files that have been uploaded for context during the analysis.
• ${transcripts}: the chatbot user transcripts.
• ${articles}: articles from an attached knowledge base.

You don't need to provide values for these variables: they're automatically supplied when you use the insights report feature.
