If your chatbot has a Sunshine Conversations v2 or Zendesk Chat integration, you can add tags to your chatbot manually instead of syncing them from the integrated platform. Manually created tags:
- Are applied to user conversations just the same as synced tags.
- Always display 'Zendesk' as their integration in Tag settings.
- Do not have a group or subgroup in Tag settings.
If your chatbot does not have a Khoros integration with chat tagging enabled, the Group and Subgroup columns are not displayed in Tag settings. - Cannot be renamed, deleted, or expired.
Create tags manually
Before you manually add tags, make sure you have:
- Completed your chatbot's integration for Sunshine Conversations or Zendesk chat.
- Enabled Ticket tagging or Chat tagging in your integration.
- Open the chatbot and team you want to add tags for and click Manage.
- Click Settings, then click Tags.
- Click + Tag.
If your chatbot also has tagging enabled for a Khoros integration, click the dropdown arrow next to the Sync button, then click + Tag. - Type your tag name.
Make sure you follow the formatting rules under the text field. - Click Create.
