Generate training phrases

You can generate suggestions for NLP Question training phrases to quickly complete your NLP Questions. Training phrase suggestions can be generated from:

• The passage's message content, guided by the text and button content.
• The training phrases currently saved for the question.
• A specific training phrase, to generate suggested variations for that phrase.

Generating suggested training phrases does not overwrite or change any existing training phrases you have for a question, so you can safely explore generated options at any time. 

Suggested training phrases will not incorporate entities, but once you have accepted a suggested phrase, you can edit it to use one or more entities.

Suggestions can only be generated for NLP questions, not Keyword questions.

Generate suggestions from the passage

Generate eight suggested training phrases for a question based on the current message content of the passage. This is useful for quickly filling out a question with some training phrases. Make sure your passage text and buttons are close to their final content and do not contain any placeholder text.

To generate suggestions from the passage content:

1. Open or create the question you want to generate suggestions for.
2. Click the menu at the top left of the question card.
3. Click Generate Phrases from Bot Message.
   Generating suggested phrases will take a few seconds.
4. To add a suggested phrase to your question, click the tick beside the suggestion.
   Any suggestions you do not accept are discarded if you generate more suggestions or navigate back to the passage.
5. Click Save.

Generate suggestions from all phrases

Generate five suggested training phrases for a question based on all the training phrases the question currently contains. This option is useful for expanding the coverage of your existing training phrases. Your question must have at least one training phrase to use this option.

To generate suggestions from the existing training phrases:

1. Open the question you want to generate suggestions for.
2. Click the menu at the top left of the question card.
3. Click Generate Phrases.
   This option only appears if your question contains at least one training phrase.
4. To add a suggested phrase to your question, click the tick beside the suggestion.
   Any suggestions you do not accept are discarded if you generate more suggestions or navigate back to the passage.
5. Click Save.

Generate variations for a phrase

Generate five suggested variations of an existing training phrase to improve your question's coverage of a specific query. Your question must have aat least one training phrase to use this option.

To generate suggested variations of a phrase:

1. Open the question you want to generate suggestions for.
2. Click the menu to the left of the phrase you want to generate variations of.
3. Click Generate Phrases.
   To add a suggested phrase to your question, click the tick beside the suggestion.
   Any suggestions you do not accept are discarded if you generate more suggestions or navigate back to the passage.
4. Click Save.
