Remove an integration

Remove an integration to disconnect the channel from your chatbot. 

The integration settings are not deleted. You can add the integration back by repeating the initial integration steps. The previous configuration will be restored.

You need an administrator role on your team to remove an integration.

This is not a versioned change

The channel is removed immediately from your chatbot. Make sure your chatbot users are not using this channel.

To remove other integrations:

  1. Click Manage > More in the left navigation, then click Integrations.
  2. Click the options menu next to the integration you want to remove.
  3. Click Remove.
