When you remove Meta Messenger from your chatbot, you must first remove the page from the connection.
You need an administrator role on your team to remove an integration.
This is not a versioned change
The channel is removed immediately from your chatbot. Make sure your chatbot users are not using this channel.
To remove Meta Messenger:
- Click Manage > More in the left navigation, then click Integrations.
- Click the Meta Messenger integration.
- Click Remove Page.
- Click the options menu next to the Meta Messenger integration.
- Click Remove.
