Once you have integrated Zendesk Chat, you can sync your chat tags from your Zendesk Chat account to your chatbot. For more information, see Tags.
To sync your tags from Zendesk Chat:
- Open the team and chatbot you want to integrate and click Manage.
- Click Integrations.
- Click the Zendesk Chat channel card.
- Select Enable Chat Tagging.
- Copy in the Subdomain, Username and Password of the Zendesk Chat service where you configured your tags.
