Connect Zendesk chat tags

 

Once you have integrated Zendesk Chat, you can sync your chat tags from your Zendesk Chat account to your chatbot. You can also create tags manually. For more information, see Tags.

You need an administrator role on your team to make changes to integrations.

In your inGenious AI chatbot:

  1. Click Manage > More in the left navigation, then click Integrations.
  2. Click the Zendesk Chat integration.
  3. Select Enable Chat Tagging.
  4. Copy in the Subdomain, Username and Password of the Zendesk Chat service where you configured your tags.
  5. Click Save.
