Meta (custom app) Step 1b: Add the App ID

Make sure you have added the access token to inGenious AI, and the callback URL to your Facebook page.

You need an administrator role on your team to make changes to integrations.

In your Facebook Developer page:

1. In the left menu, click Settings.
2. Click Basic.
3. Copy the App ID and App Secret to Notepad.

In the Meta Messenger integration in your inGenious AI chatbot:

1. Paste in the App ID and App Secret.
2. Click Save.

Now that you have connected your custom app, follow the Meta Messenger instructions to add your handover receivers in your Facebook page, and configure your Meta Messenger experience in inGenious AI.
