You can delete any passage or logic in the flow provided it isn't an entry point (highlighted green).
The passage or logic will be available in your live chatbot until you publish the change. Make sure you edit any passages, logic, scripts, or questions that start that passage or logic to avoid disrupting the flow of your chatbot.
Are you sure?
Passages or logic that haven't been published are deleted immediately and can't be recovered. Passages or logic that have been published can be reverted from the versions screen until you publish the deletion. Once you've published the deletion, the passage or logic is permanently deleted and can't be recovered.
To delete a passage or logic:
- Click Create in the left navigation, then click Conversations.
- Click the conversation with the passage or logic you want to delete.
- Click the menu on the passage or logic, then click Delete.
