You can customise the settings and behaviour for your widget's default theme via your inGenious AI integration. These configurations are applied to the default theme only, and do not apply to custom channels. Any settings you customise can still be overridden in the Sunshine Conversations platform. You can customise:
- Theme settings.
- Conversation retention period.
- Whitelisted domains.
You need an administrator role on your team to make changes to integrations.
These settings are not stored in your inGenious AI chatbot
Changes you make to the default theme are not stored by inGenious AI. Check the configuration in your Sunshine Conversations platform before you proceed.
You will need:
- A configured integration to Sunshine Conversations, including a saved Integration ID.
- The API key and Key secret for your Sunshine Conversations platform.
For your security, inGenious AI does not store your Sunshine Conversations API Key and Key Secret. You'll need to provide these each time you want to change the default theme settings.
Change your default theme settings
- Click Manage > More in the left navigation, then click Integrations.
- Click + Integration.
- Click your Sunshine Conversations integration.
- Click Manage Widget Theme & Behaviour.
- Add your API Key and API Secret.
- Click Confirm.
- Click Continue.
- Update the settings as required.
- Click Save.
