Connect Khoros chat tags

Once you have integrated Khoros , you can sync your chat tags from your Khoros Care account to your chatbot. For more information, see Tags.

To sync your tags from Khoros:

1. Open the team and chatbot you want to integrate and click Manage.
2. Click Integrations.
3. Click the Khoros channel card.
4. Select Enable Tagging.
