Delete a business hours set

Delete a business hours set if you no longer need to direct your chatbot traffic by those hours.

Check your scripts

Deleting a business hours set that is being used by a script may cause that script to stop working. Make sure you update any scripts that are using this business hours set.

To delete a business hours set:

  1. Select the team and chatbot you need.
  2. Open the Manage section in the left navigation and click Settings.
  3. Click Business Hours.
  4. In the business hours set you want to change, scroll down to the bottom.
  5. Click Delete Set.
  6. Type Delete.
  7. Click Confirm.
