Handled via script

Sometimes you want a passage to ignore any messages sent from the chatbot user, such as if a passage runs a bot message script that you don't want derailed by that chatbot starting another passage that matches a question.

If you want the chabot to ignore any input from the chatbot user, use the Handled via script expected response. Passages with a Handled via script expected response can still start other passages via scripts or buttons in the bot message, but the chatbot won't respond to chatbot user questions until the it has started another passage.

The Handled via script response only runs scripts in the bot message. If you want to run a script after the chatbot user has responded to the bot message, use the Run Script expected response instead.

Are you sure?

If you use a Handled via script expected response, the chatbot will not respond to any text input from the chatbot user.
