Delete an action

To delete an action:

1. Choose your team and chatbot
2. Open the Actions configuration. Either:
   • Click Entry Points in the Manage section of the left navigation, and click the entry point you want to delete the action from.
   • Click Conversations and click the menu of the conversation you want to delete the action from.
   • Open the passage or logic you want to delete the action from and click the menu.
   • Open the passage with the button or Quick Reply you want to delete the action from and click the button or Quick Reply.
   • Open the logic with the condition or Else section you want to delete the action from and either click the condition tab or scroll down to the Else section.
3. Click Actions.
4. Click the delete icon next to the action you want to delete.
5. Click Save.
