Mixpanel

Add a Mixpanel channel to collect metrics on your chatbot for reporting in Mixpanel.

To connect to Mixpanel, you will need your Mixpanel token. See the Mixpanel guide on how to find your project tokens.

To connect to Mixpanel:

1. Find your Mixpanel token, and copy it to notepad or a similar text editor.
2. Open inGenious AI.
3. Open the team and chatbot you want to integrate and click Manage.
4. Click Integrations.
5. Click + Integration.
6. Click Mixpanel.
   
7. Click the new Mixpanel channel card.
8. Paste the token in the Token field.
9. Click Save.
