Delete a knowledge base to delete it and all its data sources from your chatbot.
You need an administrator or publisher role on your team to delete knowledge bases.
This is not a versioned change
This change does not appear in versions. The knowledge base and all its data sources and data are deleted immediately from your live chatbot and can't be recovered. Any LLM tasks or chatbot functions that were using this knowledge base will immediately stop working.
To delete a knowledge base:
- Click Manage > More in the left navigation, then click Knowledge bases.
- Click the menu beside the knowledge base you want to delete, then click Delete.
- Click Delete.
- Type delete in the confirmation.
- Click Confirm.
