Sunshine Conversations: live agent handover via Zendesk Agent Workspace

Once you have connected your inGenious AI chatbot, you can configure your Sunshine Conversations chatbot to hand over to a live agent in your Zendesk Workspace Agent.

Turn on live agent handover

In your Zendesk Agent Workspace instance:

  1. Click Admin Center.
  2. Click Bots, then click Messaging Bots.
  3. Find the inGenious AI entry and click Connect.

Turn off live agent handover

In your Zendesk Agent Workspace instance:

  1. Click Admin Center.
  2. Click Bots, then click Messaging Bots.
  3. Find the inGenious AI entry and click Disconnect.
