Once you have connected your inGenious AI chatbot, you can configure your Sunshine Conversations chatbot to hand over to a live agent in your Zendesk Workspace Agent.
To turn on live agent handover for your chatbot:
- Log into your Zendesk Agent Workspace instance.
- Click Admin Center.
- Click Bots, then click Messaging Bots.
- Find the inGenious AI entry and click Connect.
To turn off live agent handover your chatbot:
- Log into your Zendesk Agent Workspace instance.
- Click Admin Center.
- Click Bots, then click Messaging Bots.
- Find the inGenious AI entry and click Disconnect.
