Sunshine Conversations: live agent handover via Zendesk Agent Workspace

Once you have connected your inGenious AI chatbot, you can configure your Sunshine Conversations chatbot to hand over to a live agent in your Zendesk Workspace Agent.

To turn on live agent handover for your chatbot:

  1. Log into your Zendesk Agent Workspace instance.
  2. Click Admin Center.
  3. Click Bots, then click Messaging Bots.
  4. Find the inGenious AI entry and click Connect.

To turn off live agent handover your chatbot:

  1. Log into your Zendesk Agent Workspace instance.
  2. Click Admin Center.
  3. Click Bots, then click Messaging Bots.
  4. Find the inGenious AI entry and click Disconnect.
