Microsoft Teams Step 4: Activate the chatbot

Make sure you have:

• Configured your Bot Service in Microsoft Azure and added a Microsoft Teams channel.
• Added the Bot Service App ID and Client secret to inGenious AI.
• Created the app package to upload to Microsoft Teams.

To activate your chatbot in Microsoft Teams:

1. Log into Microsoft Teams.
2. Click Apps.
3. Click Upload a custom app.
4. Upload the zip file you created.
5. In the search bar at the top of the page, type the name of the chatbot.
   This is the name you used as <<BOT_NAME>> in the manifest.json file.
6. Press enter.
   Your chatbot is now integrated with Microsoft Teams.
