Generate Ad JSON

Generate Ad JSON to create a contextual entry into your chatbot via click-to-Messenger advertising. When the user clicks the ad, they are taken to Messenger to talk to your chatbot. The chatbot immediately starts the conversation by sending them the conversation and passage you specify.

You can also generate a custom entry point URL.

To generate Ad JSON:

1. Open the team and chatbot you want to edit.
2. Click Manage.
3. Click Integrations.
4. Open your chatbot's Meta Messenger channel.
   If your chatbot does not have a Meta Messenger channel configured, click + Integration and click Meta Messenger. You do not have to configure Meta Messenger to generate the Ad JSON.
   
5. Click Generate Ad JSON.
6. Select the Conversation and Passage you want the chatbot to send the user when they click the ad.
   The Ad JSON is automatically generated.
7. Click the JSON Format field to copy the Ad JSON.
