User profile

Your profile identifies you to your team mates, so you can see who is working on different parts of your chatbots. You can edit your name, the email address associated with your account, your password, and add multi-factor authentication to keep your account secure.
To open your profile:

  1. Click your name in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Click Edit Profile.

Change your name

Type the name you want to use within the platform and click Save.

Change your email address

To change your email address:

  1. Click Change Email.
  2. Type your current password, and the new email address you want to use.
  3. Click Change Email.
  4. Click Save.

 

Change your password

To change your password:

  1. Click Change Password.
  2. Type your current password, and the new password you want to use.
  3. Click Change Password.
  4. Click Save.

Add Multi-factor authentication

Add multi-factor authentication to keep your account secure. With multi-factor authentication enabled, the inGenious AI platform will prompt you for a single-use code that you find in your phone or other associated device, in addition to your password. This provides an added layer of protection if your password is compromised.

App required:

You will need a multi-factor authentication app, such as Google Authenticator. You can download Google Authenticator for free from the Google Play store or the Apple App Store.

  1. Click Multi-Factor Authentication.

    The inGenious AI platform displays a QR code for you to scan.

  2. Open the multi-factor authentication app on your phone and scan the QR code.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete the setup.
  4. Click Save.

 

Change your avatar

When your user account is created, an avatar is randomly generated for you. You can edit your avatar or generate a new one in your profile screen.

  1. Select any features you would like using the drop-down fields.
  2. Click Generate to see a new generated avatar.
  3. Click Save when you're happy with your avatar.
