Copy and paste multiple items

You can copy and paste multiple canvas notes, passages and logic between conversations and chatbots. The new copy includes:

  • Passage message and response content.
    • Channel-specific content is only included if the chatbot you paste the content into has those channel integrations enabled, or you select a replacement channel to use when pasting the content.
  • Logic tabs, conditions, and instructions.
  • Questions and training phrases.
  • Configured actions.
  • Canvas notes.

Passage or Logic comments are not included.

When pasting between chatbots, the copied content does not include scripts, broadcasts, tags, variables, constants, or entities. After you have pasted your content, create and re-link these items. Passages and Logic with missing configurations display an error icon to help you find and fix them easily.
