Create a passage

Passages are created automatically when you configure a button, question or Quicky Reply to open a passage you haven't created yet. You can also create passages manually in your conversation flow.

To create a new passage in your conversation:

1. Click + Passage in the top right.
   The new passage is added to your flow.
2. Click the passage to open the edit screen and create the passage content.
