Disconnect Sunshine Conversations

When disconnecting Sunshine Conversations from your chatbot, you must first disconnect the Page from the connection:

  1. Open the team and chatbot you want to work with.
  2. Click Integrations in the Manage section of the left navigation.
  3. In your list of integrations, click Sunshine Conversations v2.
  4. Click Disconnect.
  5. In your list of integrations, click the options menu next to Sunshine Conversations v2.
  6. Click Remove.

If you have configured a live agent handover with Zendesk, you should also disconnect the Zendesk Agent Workspace.
