When disconnecting Sunshine Conversations from your chatbot, you must first disconnect the Page from the connection:
- Open the team and chatbot you want to work with.
- Click Integrations in the Manage section of the left navigation.
- In your list of integrations, click Sunshine Conversations v2.
- Click Disconnect.
- In your list of integrations, click the options menu next to Sunshine Conversations v2.
- Click Remove.
If you have configured a live agent handover with Zendesk, you should also disconnect the Zendesk Agent Workspace.
