Delete a Broadcast Topic

Delete a Broadcast topic to remove the Topic and all related Broadcasts from your Chatbot.

Are you sure?

Once you delete a Broadcast Topic & its related broadcasts, you cannot recover them. Broadcasts and Topics aren't captured in your Chatbot's version history so you won't see any change here.

Before you delete a Broadcast Topic, make sure you have removed any Broadcast Opt-In messages that relate to this Topic from your Chatbot content.

To delete a Broadcast Topic:

  1. Open the Team and Chatbot you want to delete the Broadcast Topic in.
  2. Click Broadcasts.
  3. Click the menu icon next to the Topic you want to delete.
  4. Click Delete.
  5. Type the word delete in the text box.
  6. Click Confirm.
